  • Sundays at 9:30am (in person and online)

This is our primary gathering for worship. Much of this time is spent in silent prayer or reflection, punctuated by short spoken messages.

  • Saturdays at 5pm (online)

A smaller, more intimate gathering for worship that takes place online only, in the same format as our Sunday meeting for worship.

COVID-19 Protocols

Our meeting continues to monitor the safety of in-person worship as related to COVID-19. We use COVID-19 hospital admission levels to respond flexibly to changes in transmission risk.

When hospital admission levels are low, masking at the meetinghouse is optional. Anyone with a cough or other respiratory symptoms is encouraged to use discretion and either participate in worship online or wear a mask. When hospital admission levels are medium, masking at the meetinghouse is expected. When hospital admission levels are high, we will suspend in-person worship and hold online worship only.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • At present, it is our practice to worship in stillness together for about 45 minutes. The Clerk of the meeting or another Friend will then signal the end of silent worship and invite those present to briefly introduce themselves.

  • Casual, comfortable clothes are appropriate: there is no need to dress up.

  • Free on-street parking is available on the north and south sides of Pleasant Street.

  • Yes, there is a bus stop in front of the meetinghouse at Pleasant Street and Kenilworth Road, which is serviced by the Worcester Regional Transit Authority’s Route 2 bus.

  • There is a parking space designated for visitors with disabilities in front of the meetinghouse, as well as a ramp to access the building. Please contact us with any specific accessibility needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.
